Amana Goodman central ac system tune up and check.
Carrier / Heil Heatpump leaking water. Found filter very dirty and replaced. Also performed annual maintenance of system, including rinding coil, flushing drain pan and line, and testing freon level.
Lennox oil furnace with ac annual maintenance. System is 16 yrs old, and recommended to budget for repairs and/or replacement in the next few years.
